The US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, a national coalition of more than 325 organizations working to change U.S. policy toward Israel/Palestine to support human rights, international law, and equality, is currently hiring for an Executive Director, National Organizer, and Summer Interns.

Be part of an exciting, dynamic national coalition that is playing a leading role to end U.S. support for Israel's illegal military occupation of Palestinian territories and human rights abuses against Palestinians.

We are currently hiring for:

Executive Director

The US Campaign is seeking a highly qualified candidate to inspire and lead the organization's staff, Steering Committee, Advisory Board, and membership. The ideal candidate will have passion for her/his work; a commitment to human rights and international law; an extensive background and knowledge of the issues; experience with strategic organizational development, coalition building, and grassroots campaigns; excellent writing and speaking skills; and a proven track record in management and fund development.

National Organizer

The National Organizer will be responsible for working with staff, Steering Committee, Advisory Board, and member organizations of the US Campaign to organize and coordinate national grassroots campaigns, create new program ideas, work with member groups on Campaign priority areas, help give a national voice to local actions, and implement the US Campaign's main programmatic priorities from the National Assemblies.

Summer Internships

The US Campaign is currently seeking unpaid interns for the summer of 2010. Interns will be expected to work 10-30 hours per week under supervision of the US Campaign staff in its Washington, DC office. Interns will be expected to help us implement the US Campaign's main programmatic priorities and areas of work during the summer of 2010, including:

* Challenging U.S. policy toward Israel/Palestine
* Campaigns of boycott, divestment, and sanctions (BDS)
* 9th Annual National Organizers' Conference
* Media activism, including blogging and social media
* Coalition-building and membership outreach
* Website development
* Accounting/office management
