As Palestinian faction meet in Gaza for talks over national unity, Israeli attacks continued this week in both the West Bank and Gaza. These stories and more, coming up, stay tuned.

Nonviolent Activities


Let's begin our weekly report with the non-violent activities in the West Bank with IMEMC's Ghassan Bannoura:

The Political Report

Britain, France, Germany and Austria are reported to have asked Israel to fully cooperate in the last month assassination of a Dubai-based Hamas operative. In another development, Palestinian president was reported to have begun investigating personally into some corruption charges within the Palestinian Authority. Meanwhile, Palestinian factions including Hamas and Fatah met in Gaza to discuss prospects for a national unity deal, IMEMC's Jane Smith Reports:

The Gaza Report

As the Israeli siege on the Gaza Strip continued this week, Israeli troops and tanks invaded the Coastal region on a number of occasions. From Gaza IMEMC’s Rami Al Meghari Reports:

The West Bank Report

The Israeli military conducted at least 14 military invasions into Palestinian communities in the West Bank this week. During those attacks Israeli troops detained 44 Palestinian civilians, including 21 children. IMEMC’s George Rishmawi Reports:
